Winter Wedding at Stonegate Glass Chapel | Andrea & Greg

Andrea & Greg tied the knot at Stonegate Glass Chapel on December 14, 2024—and their wedding was the perfect mix of timeless, emotional, and unique. From the heartfelt moments with their blended family to the golden hour light that made everything glow, this winter wedding felt more like a dreamy late fall celebration (in the best possible way).

Captured beautifully by Shalyn O’Neal Photography, every image reflects the quiet beauty of the day and the deep love between these two.

Getting Ready Moments

One of the sweetest parts of the day was watching everything unfold in the getting ready suites. With soft natural light and peaceful surroundings, the morning felt calm and intentional. Andrea’s final moments before the ceremony were full of quiet joy, and Greg’s time with his boys in the groom’s suite brought plenty of laughs (and a few nerves). It’s always such a gift to witness these in-between moments that set the tone for the rest of the day.

The Details

Their color palette was a stunning mix of classic black, white, and gold, with just a touch of emerald green woven in. Andrea carried simple white florals that perfectly balanced the elegance of her gown, while Greg’s emerald green velvet tux stole the show—it was bold, unique, and completely unforgettable.

The Ceremony

The chapel felt especially peaceful this time of year, with soft light pouring in through the windows and the trees outside still holding onto that late-fall warmth. Andrea & Greg exchanged vows surrounded by their closest people, and the emotion in the room was undeniable—there wasn’t a dry eye in the chapel.

Portraits Around the Grounds

Even in mid-December, the grounds at Stonegate were glowing with rich color. We were lucky enough to catch golden hour just before sunset, and it created the dreamiest backdrop for their portraits. Between the velvet tux, the warm tones in the trees, and the chapel’s architecture—it all came together beautifully.

Reception Highlights

The celebration continued on the covered patio and reception space, with gold accents and glowing string lights setting the scene. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal from Catering Creations, an elegant cake by Sugar Leaf Bakery, and plenty of dancing under the twinkle lights. From tearful toasts to the packed dance floor, the evening was everything you’d want in a winter wedding—cozy, joyful, and full of love.
