What Every All-Inclusive Package Includes

Premier Service & Planning Support
We are not full-scale wedding planners — but we are deeply involved in helping your day come together smoothly.
You’ll receive:
Planning tools to guide your decisions
Help narrowing down vendors
Support communicating with vendors
Cross-checking behind the scenes to ensure everyone is aligned
Even though you’ll communicate directly with vendors throughout planning, we’re the ones making sure delivery times, dinner times, ceremony flow, and logistics are coordinated properly.
Especially for destination weddings, that layer of oversight makes a difference.
Vendor Coordination
We coordinate details like:
Floral delivery timing
Cake delivery
Catering setup
DJ arrival and timeline flow
You don’t have to manage those moving parts on wedding week. We’re already talking to everyone involved.
On-Site Staff
With any package at Stonegate, staff will be present for the entirety of your rental.
They are your behind-the-scenes team:
Ensuring setup is complete before you arrive
Confirming deliveries are correct
Opening doors
Resetting spaces
Keeping everything stocked and clean
You may not always see them — but you will absolutely benefit from them.
Silver All-Inclusive Package
This is our foundational all-inclusive option.
Includes:
10-hour venue rental
Chairs, tables, and tablecloths (fully set up before arrival)
4 hours of DJ services (with option to add more)
Catering from Catering Creations (selected menu options included; upgrades available)
Clear plastic plates (with upgrade options)
Floral credit (typically covers 1 bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 5 boutonnieres, 2 corsages — fully customizable)
Centerpieces
This package gives you the core essentials handled in one place, while still allowing flexibility.
Gold All-Inclusive Package
Everything included in Silver, plus:
Cake from Sugar Leaf Bakery (typically tiered cake with cupcakes or sheet cake, based on guest count)
Additional Services Credit — choose either:
$700 photography credit toward one of our six photographers
ORPick 2: Officiant services, Directing services, Rehearsal, Sweetheart table backdrop
This tier is ideal for couples who want a bit more built-in support and fewer vendors to source independently.
Rose Gold All-Inclusive Package
This is where things start to feel more elevated and comprehensive.
Includes:
10-hour venue rental
Chairs, tables, tablecloths (set up included)
5 hours of DJ
Catering from Catering Creations
Clear plastic or Reflections plates (upgrades available)
Expanded floral credit (typically 1 bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 6 boutonnieres, 4 corsages, cake flowers, toss bouquet — customizable)

$1,250 photography credit
Emerald Videography Package from All Occasion Video (ceremony + first 2 hours of reception)
This package creates a cohesive, polished experience without requiring you to coordinate every piece yourself.
Diamond All-Inclusive Package
This is our most comprehensive option.
It includes everything in Rose Gold, plus:
Day-of coordination
Timeline consultation
Directing services for ceremony
Private in-person or virtual meeting 2 weeks prior to wedding
Expanded plate options (Clear, Reflections, or China)
3-night lake house rental (located about 15 minutes from Stonegate)
Catered meals for up to 15 guests delivered to the lake house (1 dinner, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches)
For destination couples, this package can truly turn your wedding into a full weekend experience.
The lake house rental alone creates space for:
